Van strategie naar (organisatie) gedrag

Koersvast is founded in 2007 by Christel Hofman and aims at organisations as well as individuals.

 

After working over 15 years in different managementfunctions, Christel came to the conclusion again and again, that training and educational projects for as well the individuals as the teams often had a temporarily effect. The individual or team after several months often behaved as they did before. These mostly very expensive trainings aimed merely on capabilities and less on who we really are and how we can develop and get results as individuals or team from or own strenght and power. This knowledge was the breeding ground for Koersvast. Koersvast in Dutch means something like "steady course". To be able to get on a steady course from own strength and belief, from authenticity. That's what Koersvast stands for!

 

Mission

 

By consulting, training and coaching we work on the development of organisations, teams and individuals. We work to get people and organisations to be in balance with whom or what they really are.

 

Important principles Koersvast uses in her approach are:
