Van strategie naar (organisatie) gedrag

The world we're living in changes rapidly and becomes more complex. Organisations have to deal with this on a daily basis and can not always see increasing efforts lead to better results. Changes however, that take into account the prevailing valuesystems, have proved to be very succesful.

Organisation development

Organisations adapt continuous, develop new products and services or improve their current situation by optimising the processes. In current time of decreasing financial assets, by which lots of organisations try hard to get to a new course, Koersvast works with them to come to sustainable development and new strategies. Koersvast works with the conviction that organisations exists through the interaction between people. And exactly this interaction often lacks. Miscommunication, vague realisation of the mission and vision of an organisation, or a failed implementation of Lean are the results.

Koersvast works with a simple basemodel created by the American philosopher Ken Wilber. In this model, Wilber links the innerworld of the individual worker, the culture of the organisation, the visible behaviour between the workers and the supporting systems and processes.

At all four quadrants Koersvast supports the client to find the balance. To get more grip on the innerworld of the individual worker and their interaction with other members of the team, Koersvast often uses NLP-techniques, which have proved their impact over and over again. For the quadrant Culture, Koersvast uses the visions and thoughts of Spiral Dynamics and for the last quadrant, the processes and strategy, we use Lean and other strategymodels.
